The Nepali American Organization of Ohio (NAOO) proudly celebrates the spirit of Haritalika Teej, one of the most cherished festivals in Nepali culture. Teej brings women and families together to celebrate friendship, sisterhood, cultural traditions, music, dance, and devotion.
Our Teej celebration is a wonderful opportunity for the Nepali community in Ohio to come together, share joyful moments, enjoy traditional songs and dances, and keep our rich cultural heritage alive for future generations.
The vibrant red attire, beautiful traditional jewelry, lively Teej songs, and enthusiastic dancing create a festive atmosphere filled with happiness, laughter, and community spirit. Events like these strengthen our connections, preserve our traditions, and pass our cultural values on to our children.
NAOO extends its heartfelt gratitude to everyone who attends, volunteers, helps organize the event, and contributes to making the celebration memorable. Your time, energy, and enthusiasm make our community stronger.
We are proud to bring our community together through cultural celebrations that honor our roots while building lasting friendships here in Ohio.
Let’s celebrate Teej together and keep the spirit of Nepali culture alive!
With gratitude,
The NAOO Executive Team
